Your satisfaction is important to us.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused or only minimally used.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached.
